EDWARD J. CRENSHAW, JR.
PRESIDENT AND CEO

Edward (Ed) Jerome Crenshaw, Jr. received his Bachelor's Degree in
Marketing from Hampton University while simultaneously serving his
country as a Hospital Corpsman in the US Navy. Ed's professional
background consists of 10 years experience in the development and sales
of high-end, strategic IT solutions and 9 years experience in HR/Diversity
consulting, training and sales. His skills, education and experience give
him a unique understanding of the various challenges presently associated
with HR recruitment and retention, as well as a keen perspective of modern
technology.

Cynthia J. Washington, M.D., is a board-certified psychiatrist. She
completed her bachelor’s degree in Natural Science at Spelman College
and earned her medical degree from Wright State University. After
graduating from medical school, she went on to complete an Internship in
Internal Medicine at Greater Baltimore Medical Center and Residency
training in Psychiatry at the University of Maryland.

Dr. Washington is also a physician in the U.S. Army Reserve, where she
serves as a Major in the Army Medical Corps. She is a veteran of
Operation Iraqi Freedom and has received several awards in recognition
of her service in the Global War on Terrorism. In addition, she has worked
with numerous Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom
veterans as a psychiatrist at Walter Reed Army Medical Center.

Dr. Washington specializes in mood and anxiety disorders, with a special
emphasis on PTSD. She is currently in private practice in Columbia,
Maryland.
